Overview

aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 2.5" bar and plate design for your 2011-2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax LML 2500/3500 truck. The use of the bar and plate core design allows for better airflow and increased heat dissipation over the smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded and includes seven multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The BladeRunner intercooler kit includes 4 pre-tapped 1/8" NPT ports for hassle-free gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. It is tested at 200 PSI and is perfect for high boost applications. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. Including 3" inlet and outlet connections mated to oversized boost tubes.
