Overview

aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler w/ Tubes is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3" bar and plate design for your 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD 5.0L Cummins truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded aluminum plate that incorporates multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. These intercooler tubes are powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. The included intercooler tubes are made of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated aluminium tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. The BladeRunner intercooler kit provides four 1/8" NPT ports which enables the addition of optional sensors or water-methanol injection. It comes with a 1/8" NPT vent that can be used to drain any types of build up from the intercooler. Completed with 5-ply polyester heavy duty silicone couplings and premium stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for a tight, leak-free seal and secure installation. It is tested at 200 PSI and perfect for high boost applications. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. It comes with 3" inlet and outlet connections compatible with stock intercooler tubes.
