The current state-of-the-art Bosch assembly tools enable Common Rail Injectors to be assembled using microscopic air measuring equipment and electronic torque wrenches that result in 98% acceptance by the Bosch 815 test bench when tested. The Bosch stacking assembly process verifies exact repeatability when utilizing an assortment of Bosch microscopic shims, control valves, ball seats and solenoids.   The Bosch 815 was designed for World quality testing of the Bosch injector. We offer these injectors for stock applications and with EDM and extrude honed Bosch nozzles that we supply in many steps of power increases from 25% to 125% more than what a stock injector can flow. With the right amount of air these increases these injectors can result in 60hp to 250hp increases. Each injector's flow is matched within a 1% parameter resulting in a smooth running engine throughout the engine RPM – injector return flow that effects engine starting hot or cold is held tight within Bosch specification. The Shot-to-Shot measuring that is exclusive to the Bosch 815 bench assures hydraulic actions and timing within the injector. All testing is done at full operating pressures which can exceed 24,000 psi.
