Overview

aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler w/ Tubes is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 2.5" bar and plate design for your 2011-2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax LML 2500/3500 truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded aluminum plate that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. Each tube of the BladeRunner intercooler kit has one 1/8" port for connecting a pressure sensor or water methanol injection. The included intercooler tubes are made of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated aluminium tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. Completed with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation. It is tested at 200 PSI and perfect for high boost applications. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. It comes with 3" inlet and outlet connections mated to oversized boost tubes.
