Instead of replacing the Ford EGR Cooler, upgrade it with the Damn-Near Bullet-Proof egr & oil cooler from Bullet Proof Diesel with H-Core technology It works by using twisted sets of tubing in place of traditional straight or rigid tubes. By twisting the tubing, they can flex and move, greatly reducing stress on the bulkheads and seams. This also allows it to stack the tubing very close together, allowing for more tubing and cooler EGR gas. This Square style cooler fits all 6.0L Fords made AFTER 9/22/03.
