OVERVIEW

Tank comes complete with 2 ea. rear straps, 1 ea. center point mounting system, 1 ea. front mounting bracket for a total of four mounting support points for worry-free installation. It also comes with rollover safety vent valves and all accessories needed for installation. Tapered tank features exclusive low fuel trap design so every gallon can be used, and hangs only 2 ¼” below the bottom of the stock tank. TITAN Tanks’ incredibly tough Gen V sending unit mounting system eases installation.

This Nissan Titan XD replacement tank does NOT require drilling, cutting or fabrication. It is a direct replacement! Only requiring 1 person and 2.5 hours to install it.

This new Nissan tank is made of TITAN’s famous military grade, cross-linked polymer (XLHDPE). It’s at least ¼” thick and built to outlast all competitors. It’s tougher than steel and more durable than aluminum. TITAN routinely tests their products using state-of-the-art computer simulation as well as actual, physical drop tests. They fill their tanks completely and drop them 30 feet onto a steel plate---never losing a drop of liquid. These legendary products are so tough and well-proven that they are backed with a Lifetime Warranty!

NOTE

Nissan Titan XD vehicles with Cummins engines sometimes experience loss of Low Pressure Pump prime. This causes an “Extended Crank” condition or a “Low Fuel Rail Pressure” indicator light. This happens with both stock fuel tanks and aftermarket fuel tanks. This condition occurs most often when the tanks are ¼ or less full. *. Check with your Nissan dealer to find the latest updates.
