Overview 

EGR Cooler 

The XDP EGR Cooler features a durable upgraded design, the internal passages have a larger diameter that not only increase flow but also eliminates the clogging issues found in the factory stuffed fin design. The upgraded EGR Cooler allows for full use and functionality of the EGR system. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade, the cooler does not require any aftermarket tuning or modifications. (Square style EGR)

Oil Cooler 

XDP's Basic Solution Kit includes the newest version of the Oil Cooler. This Oil Cooler has the upgraded design to help minimize chance of cooler failure 

Oil Cooler Screen 

The updated oil cooler screen is a must have when replacing the Oil Cooler. The factory screen was made from cloth material and is known for failing. When the Oil Cooler screen deteriorates it can come apart and go through your oil system causing significant damage. The updated screen features a stainless-steel mesh for a long service life

Gaskets and Seals 

The XDP Kit includes all the gaskets needed to put your truck back together. Intake manifold gaskets, oil cooler gaskets and turbo bolt & o-ring gaskets.
