The upgraded EGR Cooler features a durable design making it the perfect addition to the solution kit. The internal passages have been re-designed with a larger diameter to increase flow and eliminate clogging issues that are inherent with the factory stuffed fin design. This upgrade retains full use and functionality of the EGR System, XDP's Cooler bolts into place of the factory unit and does not require any aftermarket tuning or modifications for installation.
ARP Head Studs
Stretched factory head bolts are a thing of the past with the new ARP Studs. These studs increase strength and do not stretch over time like the factory bolts. Upgrading the factory bolts to studs adds durability and reliability to your 6.0L while eliminating head gasket issues.
Included in the XDP kit is Ford upgraded version of the 6.0L Oil Cooler. The revised version has the upgraded design to help minimize the chances of cooler failure
Oil Cooler Screen
The updated oil cooler screen is a must have when replacing the Oil Cooler. The factory screen was made from cloth material and is known for failing. When the Oil Cooler screen deteriorates it can come apart and go through your oil system causing significant damage. The updated screen features a stainless-steel mesh for a long service life
The Black Diamond head gaskets feature a layered stainless steel design that is coated with a flouroelastomer (rubber) coating. Black Diamond gaskets are specially made to reduce cylinder head lift to maintain a superior combustion seal
