Overview

aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3.15" bar and plate design for your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke F250/F350/F450/F550 truck. Compared to Banks 2.75" tube and fin core, the 3.15" bar and plate core is made for greater heat transfer. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded and includes three multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. It is tested at 200 PSI and is perfect for high boost applications. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability.
