Overview

aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3" bar and plate design for your 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD 5.0L Cummins truck. The use of the bar and plate core design allows for better airflow and increased heat dissipation over the smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded. aFe also added CNC machined vent tubes that use a solid NPT plug for periodic draining of any type of build up inside the intercooler. The BladeRunner intercooler kit comes with a 1/8" NPT vent that drains condensation from the intercooler, and four 1/8" NPT ports to allow the connection of optional pressure sensors or water-methanol injection. Each intercooler uses 3" billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability.
