Overview

aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler w/ Tubes is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3-1/2" bar and plate design for your 2018-2020 Ford 3.0L Powerstroke V6 F150 truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded aluminum plate that effectively directs air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The included intercooler tubes are made of 2-1/2" hot side and 3-1/2" to 3" cold side mandrel bent aluminium tubing for maximum flow. It features OEM style billet aluminum, quick-connect adapters with O-ring seals for a leak-free fit while maintaining superior strength and durability. These intercooler tubes are powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing performance, and prevent pressure loss. Also, it comes with heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps for a tight, impermeable seal and secure installation. The BladeRunner intercooler kit provides 1/8" NPT ports for connecting sensors or water methanol injection.
