BD-Power`s 4000 RPM Governor Spring Kit for your 94-98 Dodge 5.9L Cummins will help you obtain all that potential horsepower and torque. The kit increases the Cummins engine to 4000 RPM, reducing transmission gear shifting and giving you new engine power levels. The High RPM Governor Kit replaces key components in the governor of the P7100 Bosch pump on the 1994 to 1998 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins trucks. This is not a home install! Only a technician with P7100 training should perform this work. Once you have had your High RPM Governor Kit installed, you will feel your truck come alive!

Note: Upgraded valve springs are required for use with the 4000 RPM Governor Spring Kit. This kit includes (6) valve springs which can be used for intake or exhaust. If you do not already have upgraded exhaust valve springs before installing this kit, you must purchase an additional set (see related products below).
