Overview

The Fleece FPE-DMAX-OCADPT Duramax Oil Cooler Adapter is engineered to stop the oil coolant adaptor from leaking in your 2001-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ or 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. The factory oil cooler adapter relies on a metal gasket for the oil cooler that is prone to leaking over time as the cooler flexes. This oil cooler adapter utilizes an integral square cut seal ring on the oil cooler mating surface instead of the leak prone gasket.  The slotted mounting holes on the end of the adaptor allow for easier installation.
