Mishimoto Low Temperature Thermostat & Cast Housing is designed to easily change both thermostat and old rusted thermostat housing for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke F250/F350/F450/F550 truck. This kit's cast aluminum housing offers an affordable alternative to the billet versions on the market, while offering the same proper seal, sleek appearance, and corrosion resistance longevity. It lowers the activation temperature to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, down from the 192 degrees Fahrenheit of the OEM thermostat. This allows the coolant to flow through the engine earlier, reducing and keeping lower engine temperatures for your vehicle. It is ideal for use in warm climates or under extreme towing/driving conditions.
