I ordered this for my 06 Cummins Dually (3500 Ram). It arrived in very good time. I had a bit of a delay with installation as I was unsure of direction of installation of the muffler, had to wait for an emailed response. But they even responded to my email on a Sunday night!
(FYI, the muffler installs with the open part of the V toward the engine.)
But when I had time to get at it, the installation went very quickly and easily. Everything fit very well. I was quite impressed with the clamps. I was a bit apprehensive about excessive noise when I saw the small size of the muffler, but it was not a problem at all. Just enough to let you know when you've got your foot into it! (The throttle that is!)
Overall this Business was great to deal with and this particular product was great quality and exactly as advertised.
