Overview

aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler w/ Tubes is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3" bar and plate design for your 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins 12V/24V 2500/3500 truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded and includes three multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The BladeRunner intercooler kit includes 4 tapped 1/8" ports for hassle-free gauge installation or nitrous oxide systems. The included intercooler tubes are made of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. Completed with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation. It is tested at 200 PSI and perfect for high boost applications. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. It comes with 3" inlet and outlet connections mated to oversized boost tubes.
