Overview

aFe BladeRunner Street Series Cast Intercooler is constructed out of cast 356-T6 aluminum with MDV technology and a 2.5" bar and plate design for your 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins 12V/24V 2500/3500 truck. This kit features end tanks made out of cast 356-T6 aluminum that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. Each tube of the BladeRunner intercooler kit has four 1/8" port for connecting a pressure sensor or water methanol injection. Completed with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation. In recent testing, the Bladerunner intercooler resulted in a 200 degree temperature drop and a 100 degree. The use of the bar and plate core design allows for better airflow and increased heat dissipation over the smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. It comes with 3.625" inlet and outlet connections compatible with stock intercooler tubes.
